A classic Italian pairing of silky, thinly sliced prosciutto & creamy buffalo mozzarella, served w fresh basil, a drizzle of EVOO, & a touch of balsamic glaze

Al dente linguine tossed in a rich, creamy sauce w sautéed mushrooms, Italian sausage, garlic & a touch of white wine, finished w parmesan & fresh herbs
Pumpkin & Parmesan Ravioli
Ravioli filled w velvety pumpkin & aged parmesan, served in a rich, nutty burnt butter sauce infused w crispy sage. Finished w a sprinkle of toasted pine nuts & a hint of freshly grated parmesan
Nduja Lasagna
Layers of fresh pasta, creamy bechamel, & rich tomato sauce infused w spicy nduja sausage. Topped w mozzarella & parmesan then baked until golden
